Some users (strangely enough, in OECD centres such as France and the US) have commented that access to a Nairobi-based service is too slow to be useful.

I've been editing some of this stuff tonight from Nigeria - i.e Africa-to-Africa - and there are no performance issues I see that ought frustrate out-posted staff.

Is it lightning quick? No.

Is it intolerably slow? No.

Can you please fill in the table to provide information regarding the projects that have already been approved by PAG and will contribute to the EMP PoW 2010-2011.

I started filling in the table for examples.

Each project must be recorded in a single output

but there is room to specify the other outputs the project contributes to.
